Your Advert Explained
What must I supply?
We need all the information that will appear in your advert from you. Our designers will then typeset and design the advert to suit the space relevant to the calendar you have ordered.
How should I supply my artwork? And how can I be sure that my colours will be correct?
All artwork must be supplied on disk, via e-mail or electronic file transfer server.
- LOGOS: If supplied ready to use in an editable vector format (eps or PDF high resolution) you will not be charged a design fee.
- COPY/TEXT: To be supplied in word processor formats or editable PDF. Text to be set will be charged for.
- IMAGES/PICS: Must be supplied in 300dpi (ppi), large format resolution. We cannot accept responsibility for images supplied in poor quality, as this will transfer to your final product's print quality.
- COLOURS: Where applicable and to maintain corporate identity colour continuity, Pantone numbers, CMYK values or alternatively a colour correct printed sample of an existing printed job for us to match is needed. Please bear in mind that hues of specified Pantone colours will vary on different paper e.g. glossy as opposed to matt or embossed. We try as far as possible to match printed samples supplied.
NB: All final artwork will need a printed colour sample OR we will supply a full colour chromalin proof at an additional charge that you can approve for colour.
How can I be sure that there will be no mistakes?
All adverts are e-mailed, faxed or posted to the client to sign off before going to print.
What size is the advert space?
The print area of the advert is provided with every product on this website.
